My first comment is that I wish I had more pictures of this project. These one story house plans feature a place to be built in Ojai, California. Ojai is a town of 8,600 people according to the 2003 census that is 33 miles from Santa Barbara and 83 miles from Los Angeles. The design features a sprawling one story approach which offers great views throughout the house. The backyard has a cool patio that highlights a shade tree in its center.
